Start Missed Call Rescue

Service Agreement v2026-10-20 · takes about 3 minutes

Fill this out once. It's your order, your text-alert consent, and your signature in one place, so we both know exactly what you're getting before your line goes live. Nick calls you within one business day to set up call forwarding and test it with you.

The agreement, in plain English

  1. What you get. When you can't pick up, our assistant answers in your business name, collects the caller's name, callback number, and what the job is, and texts you a summary with a link to hear the call. Every plan includes setup, your greeting script, and up to 100 answered calls a month. If you regularly go over 100, we'll talk about a plan that fits before anything changes on your bill.
  2. What it costs. Rescue $149/month, Rescue + CRM $199/month, Rescue + Booking $249/month (includes CRM). Billed monthly in advance. Month to month, no long-term contract. Cancel any time by calling or emailing us; service ends at the close of the month you've paid for.
  3. How you get your leads. Call summaries are delivered by text message. Text alerts are your choice: you can turn them on with the optional box below, or later by texting START to (719) 967-8292. If you don't opt in, we won't text you, and we'll agree on another way to get you your leads on the setup call. Texts are covered by the separate consent box, not by this agreement. Every text comes from Missed Call Rescue and only ever goes to you, the account holder — we don't text your callers.
  4. An assistant answers, and calls are recorded. Our greeting tells callers an automated assistant is taking their information. Calls are recorded and transcribed so we can send you the summary and the audio link. You agree to keep that notice in your greeting.
  5. Not an emergency line. Callers in danger are told to hang up and call 911. Don't use the service as your only point of contact for emergency dispatch.
  6. What we don't do. We don't quote prices, promise arrival times, or make commitments for you. Returning the calls we pass you is on you. The assistant can mishear, and phone carriers and hosting can have outages; we don't promise every call will be captured.
  7. Your callers' information belongs to you. We keep call records and summaries for the life of your account plus 90 days, then delete them. Recordings are kept no more than 12 months, and are deleted sooner if your account ends first. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
  8. The fine print. This agreement includes our Terms of Service (liability limit, Colorado law, ownership) and Privacy Policy. Typing your name below is your electronic signature, and we record the date, time, and network address with it. You'll get a copy you can print or save.
